The G2 Smart Lock Gateway is compatible with 2.4G WiFi and supports remote access, voice control, real-time message push, and other remote functions when paired with the DD lock App or TT Lock App. It measures 70mm x 70mm x 26mm and is powered by a 5V/500mA Type-C USB input.

To pair the gateway with a lock, you can refer to the connection video in the page description. If the gateway is not working with your lock, please ensure that the remote function is enabled in the settings. The gateway is not compatible with 5G WiFi but can be paired with multiple door locks of the same account.
