To connect Alexa and the gateway, first, download the "Amazon Alexa" app on your mobile phone. Then, find "Skills & Games" in the menu bar and search for "TTlock". Enter the login interface and enable the skill. Please note that if the login fails, you may need to fill in the area code "+1" at the front of your account.

Give Alexa the "discover" command, and the Locks option will appear on the page. Pairing is successful! Enter the setting interface, authorize app control and voice control.

The gateway light status description is as follows: Flashing red/blue lights indicate stand-by mode, ready to pair; red light indicates network failure; and blue light indicates normal mode.

For the gateway pairing step, find the main menu at the upper left corner, select Gateway - G2. Connect to power before entering the next step. Switching on the power too early will result in "search failed". The gateway must show flashing red and blue lights before connecting to the gateway. If it does not show flashing red and blue lights, unplug the plug and turn on the power again.

Configure the Wi-Fi information, and ensure that your phone is also connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Configuration is successful! There will be a "Gateway" column in the "Settings".

The G2 gateway can be used with smart locks that can be controlled by the TT Lock App. It connects the Bluetooth door locks to the internet through the G2 WiFi Bridge, making management more convenient and life smarter.

The G2 gateway connects to the TT Lock App to achieve remote unlocking, allowing you to check the status of the door lock in real-time and remotely set custom passwords and other remote functions. After the gateway is paired with the smart lock, it is compatible with Alexa to realize voice intelligent control.

It is recommended that the distance between the gateway and the smart door lock is no more than 16ft (5 meters), otherwise the connectivity of the gateway will be affected. Please ensure that your smart phone and the gateway are connected to the same Wi-Fi network when adding a gateway.
